For the buyers who so wish, a much larger and even brighter living room can easily be achieved by taking away the partition wall between the two rooms. By doing this, the surface of the new living room (which can be furnished with a bed sofa when there are guests coming to sleep over) will have a built surface of minimum 30 m2!
